For months we've heard rumors of all kinds on the Moto G5. In a few days these rumors will be made concrete thanks to the Mobile World Congress. For now, well go over these rumors. Read on to find out more...
For those who are behind with the news, here's a brief summary: In March, Lenovo is preparing to release a new series of mobile phones, the Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus. Unfortunately we do not know a date of release, but we assume that everything will be clear after MWC.
This is what we know at the moment: the Moto G5 will have a 5-inch screen with full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels), protected by a glass Gorilla Glass 3. It should mount a SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon processor 430, in two variants one with 2 GB of RAM and one with 3 GB of RAM and 16/32 GB of memory. The battery will be 2,800 mAh (3,000 for the Plus version) with Turbo Charge technology. As for the rear camera, it will have a resolution of 13 megapixels, the front camera will be 5 MP. Finally, in regards the operating system, Android 7.0 will use Nougat and you can count on a 4G LTE connectivity and NFC.
Roland Quandt believes that the price of Moto G5, at launch, will be lower than that of Moto G4: about €189 for the version with 2 GB of RAM, and 209 euro (in place of €249 for the G4) for one to 3 GB. Here's the tweet:
