We understand the joy of having a product that reflects your unique personality. We’ve therefore revamped our catalog to offer you a wide range
of customizable designs. Not only can you choose from pre-existing templates,
but you can also tweak them according to your preferences to make them truly yours.
Our goal has always been to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience,
and our new platform is designed to do just that. It's sleeker, faster, and easier
to navigate so you can find the perfect custom phone case with minimal hassle.

The heart of GoCustomized is customization, after all. If you have a particular vision
or simply want to upload your own photo for a product, you still can. Create your own masterpiece from scratch to fit your personal flair with our Photo Case Collection

We understand that you may be looking for your past orders after we've transitioned
to our new website. For legal and privacy reasons, no customer information
from previous website will be transferred to the new platform.

  • Previous account information including login credentials will not be transferred
    to the new platform. As a result, you will need to create a new account to avail services on our new website. 
  • Discount codes associated with our previous website
    will not be transferrable to the new platform and have been rendered void. 

We prioritize the security of your payment and personal information. All data has been securely stored in compliance with industry security standards.

What does the GC Happiness mean?

How can I make my own personalised item?

Creating your own personalised case is an easy and fun process.
Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Choose Your Product and Design
    Once you are on our homepage, locate the menu at the top of the page and "Shop by device" or "Shop by design". Pick the one that catches your eye!
  2. Use the "Customize Now" Button
    Once you've chosen a product and design, click on the "Customize Now" button
    to start the personalisation process.
  3. Choose Design Colour and Customization Details
    You can now select the colour scheme for your design and add any custom details to make the case uniquely yours.
  4. Add Product to the Cart
    After finalizing your customization, click "Add to Cart" to proceed with your purchase. Your personalized case will be created and shipped to you!


In just four simple steps, you've created a phone case that's uniquely yours.

What types of shipping methods are available?

  • Standard (USPS) - 4 to 8 business days - FREE
    Estimated delivery in 4-8 working days after shipment. No tracking available.
    You don't need to be home, the package fits in your mailbox.
  • Standard (USPS Tracked) - 3 to 6 business days - $5.99
    Estimated delivery in 3-6 working days after shipment. You don't need to be home, the package fits in your mailbox.
  • Express (FEDEX) - 2 to 3 business days - $24.99
    Guaranteed delivery in 2-3 working days after shipment. Signature required
    for delivery.

What's the difference between Guaranteed and Estimated delivery?

Guaranteed Delivery Date
If you choose a shipping method with a guaranteed delivery date we will give
you a more concrete time frame for the delivery of your order. You will receive
a tracking link
 to follow the shipment of your order.

Estimated Delivery Date

If you choose a shipping method with an estimated delivery date we will provide
you with an approximate delivery time. This means the order could arrive before
or after the time frame given in the checkout.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

How to cancel an order?
We totally understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and maybe
you need to cancel your order. You can cancel your order, but please note that cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of placing the order.

To cancel your order, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your email inbox
  2. Find your order confirmation email
  3. Click green button "View your order"
  4. Click "Cancel" to cancel your order and receive refund immediately.

Please note that if more than 1 hour has passed since you placed the order,
the "Cancel Order" option will not be available.

How to make changes to an order?
We know that mistakes happen. Sometimes, you might want to change your mind
on the design or need to alter the delivery address after clicking that order button.
If you want to modify your order or delivery address, there's a simple process to follow - and you have 1 hour to do it.

  1. Go to your email inbox
  2. Find your order confirmation email
  3. Click green button "View your order"
  4. Click "Edit" to cancel your current order and place new with the changes

    Just remember, this option is only available for 1 hour after placing your order. After that, your unique, custom phone case is in production
    and can't be changed.

Where is my order?

Shipping time depends on the delivery method you have chosen.
Information on how long it will take for your order to be delivered can be found
in the e-mail that was left after your product was dispatched or directly in your order details by going to your customer account.
If you can't find this email, make sure to check your spam folder.

If you haven't received a confirmation email, please contact our Customer Happiness Team immediately. They will be able to assist you and provide the necessary information about your order.

If your order hasn't arrived on the scheduled delivery date, please reach
out our Customer Happiness Team. We will investigate the issue and reship your order free of charge.

How to return an item?

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return products.

What should you know before return request?

  • Have you received an product that you want to send back?
    Non-personalized products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of personalized products as they
    are created specially for each customer.
  • Changed your mind or want to exchange your product?
    If you're not happy with your product or wish to exchange it, please contact
    us to find a suitable solution.
  • Have you received a defective product?
    If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately.
    We will send you a new product free of charge.
  • Order hasn't arrived yet?
    If your order has not been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible.
    We will reship your order free of charge.
  • Not happy with your product?
    If you're not satisfied with your product for any reason, please contact
    our Customer Happiness Team. We will do our best to find a solution
    that makes you happy.

Public Holidays

During (Dutch) public holidays and peak seasons please allow extra time for order processing and delivery. On public holidays, orders will not be processed
by us or by our carriers. Orders that were placed the day before the holiday
and on the holiday itself will be sent out the first following business day.

May 13th. - Ascension Day

May 24th.- Pentecost

December 25th. & 26th. - Christmas Day
